My companies Mail was recently forwarded to an exemployees
home address. This was done on line and appears to have
been done by the exemployee. I might add we are currently
in litigation with the same employee for theft of trade
secrets and other issues. My questions is this, if it is
determined that the employee is responsible for this action
what legal recourse is available.
