Good question but if you are currently in litigation with
this ex-employee, you should ask your attorney how this
recent action will fit into your present litigation scheme.
Obviously if the facts are as stated, the ex-employee has
broken a law and it may provide additional weight and
urgency for your current litigation.
You might consider getting a TRO injunction.
