First where is the racism? Having a flag of ones country is
not racism. (ie southern states stood for States rights and
freedom) Flying the flag of China is anti religious since they
are communism state. But then again could an Arab fly their
flag in their yard in fear they might "offend" Jews? Better
flying the Mexican flag cause anger and hatred for all Texans
who died fighting for Texan independence from Mexico?

second there is freedom of "political speech". This is a
right of US citizens.

Possibly might use angle of "offensive" material used to
incite anger, and hostility. Hate speech is gaining power.
But the use of a historical flag on own property does not
reach the unacceptable limit. Perhaps if it was flown on your
property then yes.
