Post: They used my address

I know this sounds silly but this neighbor is driving me
nuts. She used my address with her sons first name on it and
a made up last name to get another free gift card in the
mail. She already got a free gift card using her address and
wanted to get another one so she used mine. I did not
consent to her using my address. Then she had her son snatch
the mail that was "hers" from my son.
Is there a law against your neighbor using your address,
and making up a name?
