    Check out the rules for eligibility to the NH bar exam, I
    think it specifically says no DL JDs. On the other hand if you
    are are admitted to California and to the CA Federal courts,
    you may be able to get admitted to the Federal court disticts
    of New England. You will only be able to practice in the
    Federal sphere.

    Checkout the guy who practices Immigration law in Florida, but
