It depends on the details. Give us more info, like if the leter was sent (or stolen off a desk), who was it read to, who was the writer, and who was embarassed (are they elected officials, are they a celebrity). It also depends on whether it was truly a priveleged communication (such as within a corporation between employees. Give us more details.
