Post: mail tampering

Posted by Hal Porter on 1/14/09

involved in a bad divorce situation. letter from my father
was supposedly forwarded to my wifes current adress. ( My
son recently moved in with his mother and i do not know if
he has submitted a change of adress or not. to my
knowledge this is the only letter which has been
misdirected. My concern is it has been opened and my
father had written personal correspondence to me which
would not and should not have been read or shared with my
ex. they have contacted my sister in law and asked her to
inform me they have the letter, and money enclosed by my
father and are holding it for my pickup. do i have redress?
