My son's former wife was evicted from his home on 8/13/09.
She has since been seen grabbing mail from the mail box,
and tossing the envelopes (not addressed to her into the
air), and onto the ground. What can be done, is this
illegal. We have a witness that seen the event, and picked
up the mail off of the ground.
