since i moved into my home my next door neighbor has
repeatedly called the environmental dept on me for various
reasons as well as the police. i have been served notice
for failing to have a tag on a car that i had just recieved
from my boyfriend as a gift, having a basketball goal in my
yard at the edge of my propery ("in the right of way"}for my
grandsons who are rarely here, placing trash out the week of
trash pick up but too soon. police have been sent to my home
on thanksgiving day and even for other family get togethers
including my mothers 6? birthday. my family is small and the
parties are always quiet and end before 9 pm. this neighbor
lives to my left and complains of my visitors parking in
front of my house which is of no involvement of her or her
right of way. there is much more including my car window
being broken out on the day she cut down a tree of hers that
fell on my house. help!!!
