I have recently mailed a pkg to a friend, who has a very
controlling boyfriend. The boyfriend opened the pkg even
though it wasn't addressed to him,butthey do live at the
same address, does this give him the right to open it? Does
this constitute a federal crime and can I pursue it any
further?
