If you're paying them, stop paying! If it's a free service, you will need to get their address, draft a letter asking them to disable your site and send it certified/return receipt requested. If that doesn't work, write a Cease and Desist letter kind of like this Dear XXXX: (background information, then). The purpose of this letter is to advise you of my rights and to seek your agreement to the following: To disable or remove any hyperlink to this site and that the disabling or removal should include destroying the contents at this location and any information contained therein. blah-blah-blah That should do it. If not, get an attorney.
