What state are you in? If you're paying them, stop paying! If
it's a free service, you will need to get their address,
draft a letter asking them to disable your site and send it
certified/return receipt requested. If that doesn't work,
write a Cease and Desist letter kind of like this

    Dear XXXX:
(background information, then). The purpose of this letter is
to advise you of my rights and to seek your agreement to the
following: To disable or remove any hyperlink to this site
and that the disabling or removal should include destroying
the contents at this location and any information contained
    therein. blah-blah-blah

That should do it. If not, get an attorney.
