The state is California.

A woman is standing on a sidewalk videotaping people while
they are entering an abortion facility with their car. She
stops the car to ask them questions while entering the
parking lot. The woman with the video camera then uploads
their these videos to youtube without the permission or
consent of the people she has videotaped. She also
videotapes their license plates and uploads it all to
youtube all without their knowledge or consent. Could the
clients at this facility bring a civil case against this
women for doing such a thing?
