i have lived in my appartment for 18 months i live up
stairs my neighbor has called the police on us over 6 times
making false complaints about noise .he has threatened me
with bodly harm he gets drunk and shots a bb gun and then
points it at me threw my kitchen window he barks at me like
a dog when my husband comes home from work he stands in
front of his screen door and says die die die i am at my
wits end i cant afford to move i have called the police and
told them his complaints are false i have called my manager
and no one seems to care please help me with this matter.
