I was trying to buy a house took over payments of the
previous owner. I opened the mail that were statements of
the mobile home and land also he started receiving letters
from the property tax place stating he owed 6400 in back
taxes for the property as of 2002 I tried several time
contacting him to find out was going on he was well aware
of me opening this mail and never said anything until I
moved out because we started getting letters from attorneys
office about the taxes. Again I told him. He was well
aware. I even told him I had stopped receiving statements
for the mobile home and he said he would look into because
I should be getting them. Now he said he is press charges
on me for opening his mail. I'm very scared about this
especially since he knew and I was just opening the mail
about the house.
