I think it is great that you would publish a letter about your dead beat dad. I just ran an article about a my husband who has financially abandoned our daughter. This will make the second child he has done this to. It clearly states he is a dead beat father in arrears on support and that legal action will be taken against him if he doesn't bring child support up to date. It is under the legal notice section of the classifieds. Your letter could be a letter to the Publisher and as the previous response to your question says, if it is the truth it is the truth and is also freedom of speech according to the constitution. So just stick to the facts in your letter.
