I have a tenant I'm in the process of evicting. This
individual has been opening my mail from the Mortgage
company that shows me being late on my pmts due in part to
him not paying rent... I have a trial set because he felt
he didn't owe me any rent or should give up possession &
this individual is planning to come to court with letters
addressed to me from my bank thinking the presiding Judge
will allow him to live in my home rent free! I'm in the
process of modifying my loan with the bank & this nut
thinks my home has been foreclosed on... If the Judge
doesn't tear him apart for being dumb enough to bring
letters addressed to me to court will the Post Office Do
Anything?
