'X' is a well known figure. Some time ago 'Y' created a PO
box to which 'fans' could send birthday greeting etc. 'Y'
instructed that mail should be addressed to 'X' c/o 'Y' at
the PO box address. 'Y' is now the subject of a restriction
order concerning 'X' but continues to collect mail from the
PO Box and the mail is NOT passed on. Is this in
contravention of the law?
