There is not enough info in your post to provide a meaningful
response. You're simply too vague on the circumstances. Need
more info:
1. What is your family member saying about you such that you
think it rises to the level of defamation?
2. How did she get you fired from 3 jobs?
3. How did she get your social security number?
4. I have never heard of getting someone's credit report with
just an SSN. In fact, I can't even get my own credit report
without submitting all kinds of proof/documentation. My SSN,
with nothing more, won't get me anything but a letter that
says: "Provide the following (1) Picture ID (2) proof of
residence, such as utility bill, etc."
