I live next door to a woman that has already lost one child
    to
abandonememt, she is an alcoholic and leaved her two small
children to fend for themselves I called her one night to
    come
get them she refused, and said the neighbor hood will
    figure it
out and hung up, I calld social services since then she has
    her
children call me obsenities hits them, puts dead animals in
    my
yard. Her children are under nine she then put the letter
    to
her from ss on my mail box with see u in court on it. She
hollars whore and my five year old asked me what fing bitch
    was
and I said WHAT he said that when I was to see I am to call
    u
that because that is what you are. Her kids are alone all
    day
and unattended the day ss when to her house she was outside
with them so nothing happened. the other neighbor leaves
    her
kids there too nowing what she does but doesnt want to pay
    for
day care. I have went to magistrate and called the police
    even
kept logs of all this. On another occassion she punched her
husband in front of the whole neighbor hood because she was
    in
a bad mood her father says she is sick and always has been.
BEcause I didnt see her put the birds and trash in the yard
    and
because it is children telling me they wont do anything. In
    the
mean time I am waiting on test results from Nuclear
    medicine
and neurosurgeroens on me being sick. My husband is in the
service and on deployment and I have no help. I am afraid
    to
come home from work due to what is going to happen while I
    am
    gone. What do I do???
