    So if for some reason mail got sent to John Smith's ex-wifes
    house (even tho he had his address changed) addressed to MR.
    & Mrs. John Smith, and the exwife opened it, even tho shes
    not mrs. john smith anymore... is that illegal?
    what if shes trying to use the contents of that mail to
    snoop in his personal files online and get information, can
    she try and use it in court? or to take away the kids?

    thats gotta be illegal? right?
