If you read all of the other posts to the original question, you will find your
answer - No law against your employer opening mail delivered to that business; no
matter how it is addressed!

And pray tell how it was addressed to your home yet delivered to your employer and
how the post office *knew* where you worked and just arbitrarily delivered it
there? Somethings missing here.
