now tell us: Just how did you personal mail get delivered to your place of
employment? What is by a miracle?

To repeat: Mail delivered to your place of employment can be opened by the
employer. By having your personal mail delivered to your place of employment for
whatever reason, your employer has your implied consent to open anything he wants.
Period. If your employer converted the contents: You are free to sue your employer
for conversion. But theft: absolutely not!
