It is unlikely federal/postal authorities will expend their resources to prosecute something like this. (If so, they'd be prosecuting millions; and, we all know that is unlikely). And, if actually charged by some miracle: It is very likely the ooppps defense will acquit. On 9/01/04, D wrote: > It violates federal law.
