Re: opening mail and malicious intent

Hmmm. You were having your personal mail delivered to your workplace instead of home. Were you trying to hide something from your wife? I ask this because my ex was doing this before I divorced him. Couldn't trust him anymore. Obviously he was hiding something and he was trying to hide all the paychecks too. Nevertheless, was your x on the bank account or was this your own personal account? If she was also on the account, then she has a right to see the bank statement. Even in a divorce case or child support case, she can formally request your recent pay stubs and even your recent bank statements. How do you think she can use this information against you? It is a crime to open someone elses mail. You can talk to your local Postmaster about this.
