    That is your personal experiance
    in your state. Not all states are
    that cut and dried. No one is
    responsable for a deriliction of
    duty. That is when it is time to
    take these complaints to the
    proper complaint board. Namly your
    congress/man/woman. Those are the
    people who have more to lose by
    ignoring you. Unless their
    derilects too.
