Husband was fired from a large corporation after a sexual
harrassment investigation was completed against him by
another employee. He was cleared of the sexual
harrassment charges but was fired after information came
up during the investigation that i was babysitting for her
which is against policy. during the investigation, all
employees interviewed had to sign a paper at the end of
the interview stating that they would not discuss the
matter with anybody at any time. she was transferred to
another store where she was telling everybody
her "story". is that a violation of my husbands privacy
rights or any other rights?
