What Kind of penalties could and attorney and/or a medical
facility receive due in part of seeking and partaning
information about a patient with out patient knowledge or
court order? Is it against the law to ask the medical
facility? I know it's unethical for and attorney. Could
this Attorney be dis-barred or criminal penalites and or
cival penalties? if So, what sort of fine or settlement
could I receive?
