I have emailed him several times to ask what is going on and I
have had no reply.
He has tried to telephone me, but I stated to him I would only
be willing to discuss this matter through email or the dispute
resolution, as speaking on a telephone I have no record of the
conversation. I think this is fair.
Ebay have done nothing to help with this problem.
I have sent many emails to them about his treats against me
and they have taken no action.
I am now stuck, I do not know what to do.
