Post: Is "prviledge" claimed by a lawyer absolute

Is there a loss of priviledge ( protection) that an attorney has if in the course of an action the attorney is placed on notice ( AMONISHED) that the use of a libelous AKA monikier should be refrained in usage and after such announcement the libel AKA is continued. Does an affidavit that uses the AKA libel also gain priviledge as a work product ??
