At work, i'm in a 401k plan. I receive a quarterly
statement, that is addressed to me, in a personal &
confidential envelope. But is sent in bulk to my office,
and is distributed at work, so it never actually goes
through the mail.. I'm assuming everyones quarterly comes
in 1 big envelope to the Accounting mgr.

I received my quarterly statement and it was opened.. Now,
it does read personal & confidential & addressed to me. It
was obviously opened by the Acct mgr.

Is this illegal? And what can i do about it> being it
really never went through the mail, if that matters
