Post: Medical responsibility and heart attacks

Posted by Greg Tate on 11/21/05
I was at a doctors office recently for a surgery, when I returned to have a short procedure done, the doctor elected to have me sedated. He made me sign a form stating he wasn't responsible for errors? But I ended up having a heart attack from the sedation and now have 37,000 dollars in medical bills. Can I get him to pay for the heart attack
