Sorry to differ, NO TENANTS DON'T HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS!

There are rights for Tenants

...and rights for Landlords

Also NO your apartment manager doesn't have the right to open
your mail box, he has the right to just have a spare key, talk
to your local Postal Inspector and report the Manager for
opening your mail box

Sometimes Apartment managers feel strong and break the Law,
because a tenant has not paid their rent, but this doesn't
give them the right to open your mail box
