Post: Neighbor harassment

we had been living in Crestline, CA since May 2000. The
neighbor had been harassing us on and off since that we
moved. We are hearing impaired couple, owns a home. The
last 2 years were good between them and us just because I
had breast cancer. Now I am fine. The neighbor received
the citation for blocking the snowplow which is not my
fault. They think they own the street. I received their
note, with cuss words, etc. It caused me more stress
right now. I already filed for restraining order. Will
I be needing lawyer or what???
