    Mary;

You are suffering from the bully syndrome. These neighbors have
obviously decided that you aren't going to be a threat to them and
they are behaving like uncontrolled children.

    Time to discipline the neighbors.

Record EVERYTHING. Witnesses are all well and good but it has been
my experience that most people are terrified to get involved. They
may talk about it privately with you and even have emotional
outbursts about what should be done! but in the end, when you ask
them to testify, they will turn and tuck tail. (Even the best of
    friends).

Then, get a really good lawyer who specializes in neighbor/real
estate law. Don't try to be your own lawyer because there is just
    way too much to learn.

You may consider having your property surveyed so that you have a
legal description of your lot boundries. THEN, go in and file for a
Protection of Harassment Order (POH), AND a Protection from physical
harm. (or whatever they call it in your state).

These people are BREAKING THE LAW and are creating a miserable
existance for you in your own home. DON'T BE AFRAID!

Keep your dog with you at all times and don't leave the dog alone
EVER where they can get at him.

Good luck, If it makes you feel any better, I live next to satan's
spawn and he makes my life a living hell.

    Best wishes.
