This is an epidemic I believe. Due to ongoing stalking and harassment
by two neighbors and in and out of court my life was turned upside
down and this has went on for five years with escalations. It is an
invasion of privacy and has implications of psychological terrorism.
Most police are not trained in this area and usually the perpetrators
manipulate and use police etc. to turn things opposite. Anything you
can capture on video or record (not personal conversations) but
threats etc. they usually act out after being confronted by law
enforcement hence time to be ready. I've been spotlighted,chased,
followed, taunted, dog poisoned, attampted entry and entry when I
wasn't home. Most attorneys do not take this seriously. My crime?
