    I, Alfonso, have AVN diagnosed since August 2006 on both sides of
    the hips. I've been advised to have hip replacement surgery and
    prosthetic implants on both, left side is worst. I also acquired
    osteosporosis of the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae with chronic back
    pain. I was treated with Prednisone since 2002 because of
    rheumatoid arthritis. I also have fibromyalgia since I was
    diagnosed with AVN in 2006. I have also diabetes and high blood
    pressure. I am 51 years old. I have 24/7 chronic pain. Most of my
    chronic pain comes from my hips and back.
    I have been postponing surgery as much as I can. I have mixed
    advises from doctors to go ahead with the surgery or wait until the
    last minute when hips collapse. I need prompt advice and
    representation in the lawsuit against doctors or manufaturers of
    Prednisone. I was never told by doctors about secondary effects or
    damages. I took Prednisone over 3 1/2 years.
