Re: Charlene Blake Lives In A Dream World!!!

No, I am not living in an "idealistic world." Actually, I am pragmatist.
Let's look at the truth, shall we? Toyota said there were only 3,200
TOYOTA ENGINE OIL SLUDGE VICTIMS back in 2002. No new number has been
given since!! WHY?!? Just how many owners have sent Toyota notice of this
problem SINCE 2002...since the initiation of the CSP? Inquiring Toyota
owners online want to get an update of this number. And...by the way...WHO
is checking to verify this information? Did anyone verifiy the 3,200
    figure?

Another question...WHO is overseeing just how many owners are being
qualified for the "benefits" of the "Customer Service Program for Engine
Oil Gelation?" I have heard from plenty of Toyota owners who have been
DENIED repair claims for any number of reasons. Toyota claimed publicly
that the receipts weren't all that important, but in fact, dealerships are
telling Toyota owners that EVERY SINGLE RECEIPT is needed. In many cases,
the owners that have all their receipts are given some OTHER reason that
they don't qualify for the CSP relief.

Make no mistake about it...there is NO ILLUSION here about the Toyota
engine oil sludge problem. I think the poster might wish there was an
illusion or smokescreen behind which the company could hide. The buying
public has been told that this problem is the OWNERS fault, and they have a
very accusatory letter to prove it. Other owners are STILL WAITING for
that letter that was promised but never sent. Again, WHO is monitoring the
    follow through by the company?

Long gone are the days that vehicle owners cannot connect. I sense that
you and a few others might have a problem with this ease of connection and
the ability for vehicle owners to compare notes. The fact is that vehicle
owners, in this case Toyota owners online, can and will make use of
information shared. Why wouldn't they? Talk about pie in the sky...no,
you have it all backwards. The vehicle owners have reality in check; the
company protectors are the ones in the dream world.

Time to come out of the clouds! Toyota has a few issues to resolve...NOT
cover up...before the vehicle owners leave the internet! Let's start with
Toyota sludge. Then, let's move on to Toyota brake problems. How about
transmission issues after that. Shall I give others? And, do me a
favor...dialogue without character assasination. OR, is this all you
really have to counter my postings? THAT GAME isn't going to work. Toyota
owners who have experienced these problems aren't going to be fooled by
that distractions. They are looking for RESOLUTIONS!!

I know...I know...Toyota is like all the other vehicles out there...no
different...no better, no worse...right? Well, that wasn't what the
company told us before our purchases, was it?

Could this illusion you are telling us about really be that given by the
company in the advertisements for the Toyota vehicles? I note particularly
the idea that Toyota has "legendary quality." Is this CURRENT vehicle
quality or merely a comment about vehicle history? Just curious....
