    Yes, I've had the same problem with my 2002 Sienna. The
    locks/handles were replaced twice while the van was still
    under warranty, but they continue to stick. The last time I
    took it in, they said they would not fix it because it was
    not longer under warranty. Despite the fact that it has
    never worked properly and they were never able to fix it
    while it was under warranty, the dealer said they would have
    to charge me to replace it again. Since it didn't work the
    first two times, that doesn't make much sense to me.
