Wow I can't believe how many people actually have similar
problems to mine. I have a 2000 Toyota Sienna. I thought my
sliding doors were hard to open because maybe the kids spilt
something sticky. Both door handles on the outside on the
sliding doors have broken completely off. My driver's side door
handle is broken and will probably break off altogether soon. It
is $400 per door handle to get fixed which is outrageous. It
would be one thing if it were just one door handle, but this
many broken I know it is something to do with the Toyota. And my
inside sliding door gets jammed often and I have to slam it over
and over just to get it to shut!
