Re: Sticking Sliding Doors in the Toyota Sienna
Posted by John Ward on 6/25/08

    Charlene, some advice regarding any car door that
    gets "sticky"....
    A little lubrication from time to time goes a long way toward
    prventing this problem.
    In most, if not all cases of this issue, it's because the owner
    doesn't do what should be done--namely get routine maintenance
    performed.
    Instead of looking at other possibilities, you always advise
    owners to "Sue"; "File a Complaint"; Sign a Petition";
    blah,blah, blah!!
    Perhaps if you investigated other possibilities first (including
    checking the veracity of complaints), you might just learn that
    many are "owner related".
    Why you consistently blame the manufacturer for every problem
    that comes along is a mystery.
    Or is it just a desire to get attention to yourself??
