HiCinday and All:
I am interested in starting a lawsuit...I originally posted on 4-24-07
because I had a scs put in and after only 6 months it stopped working for
no reason. I'm supposed to have surgery in Sept to find out if it just
nds a new battery or remove it. I WILL not replace the whole thing
because I have 3 small kids and cannot afford the 2 months+ recovery
period. Who knows how many more probs it would cause anyway. I'm so
distressed. Mayber I shouldn't have this surgery at all and hold out.
I'm afraid to take it out and they lose the device or something, I don't
know, just very skeptical, I want someone I know and trust in the room
with me when they take it out. I hope you get this, please let me know
what you think. I'm in California.
