On December 27, 2007 my husband was putting Christmas
decorations up in attic. As he came down the ladder, the
LEFT HINGE snapped. Thankfully he did not fall!!

Our attic ladder is a S2208. I will be contacting the
Werner Company.

From reading all the messages on this Chatboard, there are
many who have had the same experiences.
