Post: Werner S2210 300lb Capacity hinge shear

Climbing the ladder today to return Christmas items to
garage attic. On top step of lowest ladder segment, hinges
sheared, I fell to garage floor. No injury, yet pretty
hard fall. With box and my weight, now where close to the
300lb capacity. Hinges were locked, not sure which hinge
sheared first, too busy with the fall. Hinges appear to be
cast metal. Can anyone provide information on how to get a
refund,replacement or recall information?
