How is this product allowed to remain out there > without serious injury warning or recall. Sorry - just checked my ladder - it is not a S2210, but rather a S2208. However, looks to be a problem with Werner designs in general. I have a picture of the sheared hinge screw, but don't know how to post. Suggestions?
