Post: Werner Fiberglass Step ladders

Has anyone had any problems with Werner Fiberglass step
ladders Model # 5908? My wife was getting Christmas stuff
down from the garage and the ladder twisted and buckled
and fell, broke her arm and wrist. When I got home to look
at it both spreader bars were locked and one spreader bar
was bent in almost in a "U" Shape. Contacted Werner and
they asked for pictures so I sent them pictures. Have not
heard anything from them since. The ladder was on a
concrete floor and level,she had already been up and down
it before it collapsed.
