Product liability to me covers any commercial product.
Gas and oil product comes from the well head and
companies lease this product from the holder of the deed.
Companies are converting the profit from the owner to
the company ( otherwise this product is being stolen from
the holder of this product.
I would like to know why attorneys are not taking cases
on those leases and prosecuting the people involved Is it
a lack of knowledge in the field or are most attorneys
under a retainer?
