I rent, and we have a storage are in the attic by the heater.
Our ladder, a Werner S2210, won't close. We can fold it up,
and push it back into the ceiling, but it just comes down
again and unfolds itself. So now we have a ladder as a
permanent fixture in our apartment until someone comes to fix
or replace it. I hate this thing.
