Werner must know it has a problem...when I called, the customer
service rep finished my sentence for me....they sent me a repair kit
for the bottom section and it went on fine. However, I then saw that
the locking hinge on one side was cracked through, probably happened
when the bottom section broke out from under me. Anyway, called them
back, very good service, they are sending me a new aluminum AL2210
replacement ladder and I was told the steel S2210 model is no longer
being made....which is no surprise, really, given the problems they
are obviously having....
