Post: Werner Attic Ladder

Same problem. Lower hinge on the 10' model snapped
sending me to the floor. Sent email to Werner asking for
information.....no response. Contacted the CPSC, filled
out report and just wrapped up (this morning) a one hour
visit with one of their field investigators. Gave her the
broken parts. We'll see what happens.
