I had the same problem with the representatives in Oregon.
They all cover for each other and try to blame the patient
when the device fails to work. I finally took it to the CEO
of ANS, Mr. Chris Chavez before I could get any satisfaction.
It is the way they market their product that is faulty and
sets the patient up to be blamed by the reps. The reps are
basically practicing medicine without a license. Not all of
these people do this, but some do. The good ones that are
actually trying to help people and not just make a sale are
out there. Mr Chavez sent me to Doctor Giancarlo Barolat in
Denver Colorado. Dr.B is a world leader in neuro-implant
surgery and has done over 4000 implants.
Some of the Doctors putting in these implants are not trained
to do so properly and are doing the surgeries using mostly the
knowledge of the reps from the company. In my opinion the FDA
should not allow them to be placed by any Doctor other than an
experienced Neuro_Surgeon. Doctor Barolat will even share his
expertise with your Doctor via conference if you can not make
it to Denver.
I had 4 implant surgeries before Dr. B. The reps tried to
stop me from going to see him, but Mr. Chavez realized it
meant the difference in me having a life or laying in bed
waiting to die. I hope you find a good Doctor to help you and
don't let the arrogant reps stop you from finding pain relief.
I do believe Mr. Chavez should hear about what has happened to
you, I think he actually cares about people but doesn't really
know how the bad reps treat people.
